Privacy Policy: Owner collects personal information for its sole use to enforce its rights in the Rental Agreement, comply with Oklahoma law, and process rental payments.
Change of Address: Occupants shall notify the Owner of any changes in their contact information such as phone number, email address, and mailing address.
Dumpsters and Trash: Dumpsters are for properly bagged trash only. Occupant will be charged a $100.00 fee for use of dumpsters for any improper trash as well charged all clean-up fees incurred by Owner associated with items left by Occupant at the facility or in unit.
Electrical Use: Where available on the facility, electrical outlets shall be for temporary use only. No permanent use shall be permitted. “Permanent Use” shall be defined longer than four (4) hours.
Gate Access: Gate access codes are for Occupant’s use only.
Placement of Vehicle: Vehicles shall be stored only in Occupant’s space. Do not block drive lanes of other spaces.
Speed Limit: The facility speed limit is 10 MPH.
Termination: Occupant shall provide notice in writing to Owner at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of the date intended to terminate the Rental Agreement.
No Sharing of Personal Information: Riverside Boat & RV Storage does not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties unless required by Oklahoma law.
Changes to Privacy Policy: Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.
Prohibited Items:
- Alcohol, Drugs and Firearms
- Hazardous Fluids or Materials
- Smoking or Flammable Fluids or Materials
- Stolen Items
- Tires
- Wood or Pallets
- Trash
- Noxious Smells or Odors
- Animals (unless on a leash)
- Unsupervised Children
- Advertised Property Sales at the Facility
- Opening Facility Gates for Others
- Tailgating
- Any item or activity deemed inappropriate by Owner or another Occupant
