Reservations

Do I need a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required, but making a reservation is easy.  Reservations will ensure we have a space available when you arrive

Can I reserve a storage space in person, on the phone, or online?
Yes, reservations can be made in person by appointment, over the phone, or by email.  You can make reservations by sending an email to riversideboatandrvstorage@gmail.com.

What happens if I cancel a reservation?
You may cancel or change a reservation at any time in person, over the phone, or by email. There is no cancellation/change penalty or fee; however, you may be responsible for the payment of rent for the remainder of the month (depending when cancellation occurs).

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No long-term rental agreement is required.  You may rent on a month-to-month basis but each tenant is required to sign a rental agreement for each unit. When you no longer need your storage space, simply notify our office in person, over the phone, or by email and we will process the closing of your account.

Storage Specifics

What is the process for boat, RV, and Vehicle Storage?
We offer enclosed and covered spaces that can accommodate most RVs, boats, and other vehicles. You must be the registered owner of all vehicles and provide a copy of the title and proof of insurance coverage.

How do I determine what size storage unit I need?
The amount of space that you need depends on the size (height and length) of the vehicle you will be storing. Riverside Boat and RV Storage offers a wide variety of sizes and types of units to accommodate your needs. If you are unsure of the space required for your boat, RV, or vehicle after considering our unit sizes, you can make an appointment and the staff can show you available sizes and types

Security

Does the property have security measures to help protect my vehicle?
There is no storage facility that can guarantee the safety of your belongings. However, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features to help protect your expensive vehicles. The property is fully enclosed by a fence, has outdoor security lighting, is equipped with more than 20 security cameras, electronic gates, with keypad access. Each customer is given a unique unit number and passcode for entering and exiting the property through the access control system. This process prevents unauthorized people from entering or leaving the property.

What if I forget my access code?
Call (405) 956-2506 between 9AM-5PM Monday thru Friday for assistance with access codes. For your protection, proof of identity will be required to modify account settings and access codes

Access Hours

What are your office hours?
Riverside Boat and RV office hours are by appointment only.  Appointments can be made by telephone (405) 956-2506 or email riversideboatandrvstorage@gmail.com.

Will I have after-hours access?
Gate access hours are 24 hours every day.

Account Management and Payments

Do you have automatic payment options?
We offer our customers multiple methods of processing payments including automatic payment, online payment, or over the phone payment with a credit card.

What happens if I’m late with my payment?
If your payment is late, we grant every customer a 5-day grace period. Late fees will be charged on the 5th day your payment is past due.  After the 5th day past due, you will be denied access to their unit until the past due balance is paid.   Late fee penalties are specified in your rental agreement. To avoid the possibility of late fees and being locked out of the property, we recommend signing up for monthly autopay.

What if I fail to pay my rent/late fees?
If rent and associated fees are not timely paid, you risk the contents of your unit being sold at public auction to pay all outstanding rent, fees, and costs of sale incurred by the facility owner. Any net proceeds are paid to you after a public auction occurs.
